Does HIV Look Like Me? International Society is an organization that was created by a young man living with HIV, who was seeking community, and role models to help him not let his diagnoses define who he was. We believe that leadership by young people living with HIV is a key component to real change in the fight against HIV, and we strive to provide an opportunity, training and the mentorship needed to ensure these young leader’s success. Does HIV Look Like Me? International has been invited to several countries to provide leadership trainings, ideas and most notably stunning, relevant print and media campaigns that you will see throughout this site. These campaigns do something that is simple, yet unique, it gives young people living with HIV a forum to tell their stories in the hopes that other young people will become inspired to create real change in their lives and in their communities. This may mean disclosing, getting testing or not being afraid to love someone who is HIV positive – even if that person is them. This year we begin a new chapter that is developing projects that helps to provide funding to these young people, so their story and bravery are not lost. Please join us!
